Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original condition
Returned in original packaging
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at olga@gabriel-copenhagen.com with your order number.
Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Gabriel is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will cover all return costs and ensure a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your order and place a new one.
